Great question! Agents aren’t exposed or taught about creative financing. And, it’s pitched as skeptical. Have patience, obtain a team member that understands creative & take it slow through educating the agent. Remember this is a long term relationship based business. I’ve been focused on DTA which is a longterm play. DTS can pay out bigger and costs more per lead IMO
