What started as a hobby in 2011, took her back to Seoul in 2016, where she learned Korean. Lauren was one of the first Australian lawyers to be registered as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Korea.

These days, she is based in Seoul, where she runs Jelly Ko and STYLE STORY and is a beauty expert on Korean radio station TBS eFm. She consults with clients looking to manufacture cosmetics in Korea and assists with regulatory compliance.
