Hi everyone! My name is Lynn and I have loved dolls ever since I was young and discovered reborns back in 2009. I love all sorts of dolls, but reborns and silicones are my favorites. I am also the proud mom to my two kids. I am also a new reborn artist and have fallen in love with the art of creating these amazing lifelike and realistic looking baby dolls. My nursery is name is Little Foot Nursery, based on a nickname my husband and I had for our daughter when she was young. You can find me on Facebook: facebook.com/littlefootnursery1/ if you are interested in the dolls I create. I look forward to sharing my art and my personal collection with this wonderful community and hopefully inspiring others to enjoy this wonderful hobby. Please subscribe and enjoy! xoxo
I’m doing alot of researching and trying to find a weighted realistic (therapy) baby doll for my mother whom has dementia. She was a foster mother for many, many years and is always talking about her adorable babies she cared for. ❤️ Any suggestions what would be a good weight for a therapy doll?
Hi, Lynn. I discovered Little Foot Nursery this afternoon and am so happy I did! Owning a silicone baby doll has been on my bucket list for several years now, but prices for even the decent ones are out of reach at thousands of dollars. Cruising eBay recently for something having nothing to do with dolls, I found the Ivita ones. And that's where my brain woke up, my logic kicked in, and my characteristic skepticism all tried to speak at once. A couple of adorable little faces were tugging at my heartstrings, but that did not provide strong enough wisdom for me to easily part with $125 or thereabouts. I appreciate your having taken the time out of your busy life to clue people in on several negative aspects of silicone doll parenting.
Where did you get that doll? I want a doll exact like that that looks like me when I was a baby. I was a cute baby and I will do one of these videos and future and I don’t know how to do that but I’ll figure it
I painted my baby with air dry an year ago now and she looks almost perfect! She has some rubs on the tip of her fingers (she has really opened hands and I’d say I’m pretty rough changing her 😭) I did varnish her with a heat set varnish by the way
Wow she is a sweetie, you're gonna have so much mummy time,I'm looking and trying to get my first little one if you can help me please do thanks from the united kingdom,
Just an idea for you.......I have seen other silicone collectors use plastic bags over the babies hands and partially up their arms. The clothes just glide over the hands and arms with ease. It also protects from pulling on the limbs. Hope you take this advice with love intended♥ Your twins are absolutely the most beautiful babies ever♥
