We were there about 4 years ago. One of the worst hotel ever. The AC was broke and they gave us a fan and would not give us another room even though new people were still checking in. The room was small with the bed about a foot from the door. The bathroom was about a third of the size of the one in this video with electrical plate covers missing. Maybe their renovation improve this.

Hi Jay re Hilton Times Square I’m so confused about the $35 dollar credit tourist tax, also the $100 fee. Could you please enlighten me more on this. Is the credit already paid from my initial room price or is this extra per person per night. Also the $100 is this like a hidden deposit and returned to my card when I leave ? Thank you 👍🌟
@@gailhampson6685 so the $100 is for incidentals only. If say you destroy the tv or something. The resort or destination fee is included with the rate. You will see this in the breakdown of prices. Regarding the $35 credit, you should be a Hilton Member to get this. You can use this in the hotel. Enjoy your stay! 🎉
@@STaylor4513 Correct. I stayed Low Season and a none busy day. That was the total for 1 night. But disregard that, the important info there is the NY Tax percentage and resort fee. That will be daily charged, regardless of the room rate or room type ✅

We stayed here for 10 nights in Feb 2024, in a double queen room. It was fantastic! The elevators sometimes took a little while (at breakfast time), and while the queue for breakfast looks really long it is super-well organised and moves really quickly. The buffet is amazing! Can’t wait to stay again in the future :)
@@svetespo I just use google to search for the lowest price (calendar), typically a Sunday or a Monday. And then, book direct in the hotels website. This is so I can check-in and review the hotel 😊
@@leongraham1009 actually yes. Rooms there are a bit larger than usual (larger than Park Central). It’s a little bit dated but that’s fine. The amount of restaurants and bars outside the hotel and the location compensates for this.
Once again, thanks for the honest review, really appreciate it. I wasn't too familiar with this hotel until you mentioned Central Park and Carnegie Hall. Knowing about everything, I will pass on this one🤷🏽♀️
