Revisiting Kerbal lately and I suddenly remembered it was this channel's 'Take Me to the Mun' video series that taught me all sorts of things about how Space Travel really works! More than 11 years ago.~ Since then, I've gone crazy over everything space-related and even got a job in the Aerospace industry! Thanks so much for the inspiration that got me started. <3
Would love to see more pioneer, perhaps a tutorial for more advanced manual maneuvers like setting up an orbit or slingshot using the orbit planner? Nice flying, Captain
@@pebblegarden i tried pioneer a bit ago and it felt like the Elite influence was apparent in the controls. felt a lot more intuitive do just use kb/m for everything lel oh and what joystick do you use?
Great flying and thanks for the support! Did you know you can zoom in using right click (or left bumper on a controller), and quick-look at the map using the back-button (mouse) or right bumper (controller), and/or reassign them to a preferred input? The new map comes out soon- I’m just trying to get a trailer put together for it first 😅
ArcCorp is probably one of the worst areas in terms of navigation. Lorville is somewhat better, as you can usually follow the signs to the metro station, and New Babbage is super easy to navigate yet still fun to explore. In my experience, new players always tend to pick Area 18 as their starting area, probably because the description of it sounds so cool, but it's hard to try guide new players to the spaceport when you're not physically there to lead them to the spaceport. "Try find the area with the big ass ball. Okay, now look for a building with two entryways, and above those entryways should be a sign that says 'Cityflight' or 'Citytransit' or something"
i wanted to play it but i guess i was too late. even seeing and hearing this breaks my heart. they put so much effort in this game but it wasn't enough. so as a final good bye they add the skywhale as a final farewell as they world burns and crumbles into the void as we come together and accept our inevitable end listening to the mesmerizing and horrifyingly sad song of the skywhale. hopefully... somewhere in the endless void this world still prospers and holds its secrets for the next game developer to uncover and share with the world
Guys, PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT THEY (actually not bossa) ARE MAKING A VOIDS ADRIFT WHICH WILL BE SUPER SIMILAR. SEARCH IT UP RN, INFORM OTHERS SO THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO THAT GAME. SPREAD THE WORD.

I completely missed the end of this amazing game by 3 fucking days. Just had an urge to build a ship and sail the winds only to find it was over. Your video brought a tear to my eye ;_;
Let are quest be short for the new lands for we don’t know how long we will last before we wither and are bones become dust let us find a home before we are forever forgotten by the harsh chains of time we are scared..please don’t forget us
Thanks so much. Through myself and some other game decades ago thought me this...but I forgot it....and/or marvel at the amazingness of life “nature” &/or the Matrix..... now I hopefully can play space games like KSP &/or life/nature/&/or the Matrix.
