Itd be helpful if you posted the prices so we could compare them more easily. Your fish does like nicer, but if its 2-3x the price then its probably not worth it.

No the best is to deep oil pan fry in canola oil one side then flip put lemon dill old bay in side and continue to fry. Plate hot sauce. Thats the white people nasty soggy way

Thank you for the tutorial! We tried monkfish on our trip to Scotland and loved it. We just tried the Parma Ham wrapped version and it was so easy and turned out great.

Using your hands it is much easier to take all the meat and also remove the bones. If you want to use silverware you cook a filet.
