Hello, great content on your channel and thanks to your in-depth reviews ive made some purchases ! Would you be able to do a review on your helmet / other helmets ? I keep drifting down the ballistic helmet path and i know i dont need one for airsoft but there seems to be loads of really dodgy look helmets that actually wouldnt even protect your head ! Any videos on helmets would be great !v
Hi Glenn, I hope you're well buddy. Glad to hear you enjoyed the content. Leave it with me on the helmet front, I'll see what I can arrange. Have a cracking weekend
Nice review, bought a few of these for work and one in multicam for airsoft. Only thing you missed is @5:00 elbows actually have a pocket for padding, if you go inside the sleeve, on one of the sides there's a slit to put padding in.
Great video new to your channel and have to say really great content and very informative looking into one of these mesh masks now thanks buddy which bollies are you using in this video ?
Awesome! Thank you! Glad to hear you enjoyed the content. Those are the Bolle Cobra glasses/goggles. Great low profile protection. I use them when testing like this. Generally when I'm playing I couldn't wear them though as I seat like mad and they steam up - amzn.to/4dq5lt9
I haven't had any issues with mine. When ever I've finished for the day I always put them back in to the carry case they come with to make sure they keep as good as long as possible. Luckily if they do get scratched after a while it's easy to replace the glass
I had to re-watch this to check :D that's from Dixxon Flannel. I have a few of them and love them. Highly recommended. I made some flannel content on my other channel here if that helps - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-waxSobEwDM8.htmlsi=SqZL4yfxs2Zymdes
That was interesting. How do prescription lenses work in them? Are they easy to put in and stay put,, bearing in mind len sizes vary. I would like to put the lens from my old glasses in a frame. My lens were £200 so I would like not to have to buy another pair
Hi there, and thanks for watching. As far as I remember the prescription glasses work as an insert that needs to have lenses added to it. They sit on the nose bridge cushion part. I'm not sure you can wear your actual glasses underneath them. I might be wrong though. I'd definitely recommend checking the Wiley X website to see, however, I'm pretty sure you need to have a second pair of lenses made to the frames that fit within the glasses from Wiley X
The standard version are fairly typical of most of these style pouches. Indexing your mags is pretty easy. I generally find it you put them in at a slight angle both to either the left of right and slightly forward they slide straight in. If you've had a mag out for a while and maybe have brushed against stuff the opening to the mag and close slightly so you have to have a quick glance down to check, but they're pretty good at staying open. I use the old school metal mags which slip in easily. I know people who use the P Mags and they've said the ribbing on the mags does make it a little bit harder as the ribbing catches some times. I think like most things dry firing practice with load and reloading from your rig really helps with muscle memory. You definitely never have that issue with the Pincer pouches. The original style mag pouches are my personal favourite. I hope that helps buddy. Have a great week
Hmmmmmm... personally I'd say the original old school version. After 6 months of use they're both in great condition however elastic has a shelf life. It degrades the more you use it and is affected by the weather. Cordura is tougher, less affected by weather and is designed to take a hit harder and for longer. I'm sure Agilite has tested the crap out of the Pincer and know exactly how long it'll last, and I'm definitely not saying that it's not tough... this is just an educated guess form my own experience with other similar materials over time. I hope that helps buddy 🤙
Depends on the lens your using. The yellow has the least glare, where as the smoke has the best UV protection. I don't notice the glare when using them so I guess it's good 😊
I'm not 100% sure if you can get this mount on Amazon. It's called the Olight Osight RMA. I've tried to find it on the Olight main sight but can't. Pretty sure this is the one here though if it helps - www.solelyoutdoors.com/olight-rma-osp-rmr-red-dot-plate-to-picatinny-rail.html
I got the pistol and carbine rapid competition pouches. The pistol one runs smoothly but the AR15 mag is really hard to take out and in despite making it loose. Any advice?
I'd say using them more and more you'll notice the material on the inside starts to smooth out. It something I've never really covered in this content but there's definitely a wearing/breaking period with a lot of gear. I know some people take a very light/high grit and paper and rub the inside. Make sure it's like a 2000 grit or higher. It'll help to smooth things down without really damaging the fibres. Don't over do it though. Running the gear, dry firing etc will do the same. I hope that helps
I'm 5 feet, 8 inches, 180 pounds with a 36-inch waist. I got a little belly. I dont want it skin tight. I usually wear US large in crye precision. What size in eu sizing do you recommend. Thanks
They are amazing pants. They're the Wolf tactical pants from Pentagon. Wear them all the time. incredibly comfortable. I hope this link help - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BqWKrnZjI4s.htmlsi=SV8uzh_S3EoIWD3G
How much does the suppressor lower the sound of the shot? Is it just for looks, or does it make it quiet enough for backyard use without annoying the neightbors?
It's not a massive amount as the AAP-o1 is a reasonably loud pistol. It's definitely more for show. The muzzle sound definitely drops however the slide banging backwards and forwards still is as loud as normal. I hope that helps buddy
Yessir. I've used the pouches you see here for both AK and AR/M4 mags in a single game day. You just have to tighten the bungie at the top to keep them in. Great set up for sure
just bought mine today. In fact I’m wearing it right now. I’m very happy with the carrier but it was a bit pricey but I got an excellent plate carrier :)
I finally started playing airsoft after eyeing the hobby for 20yrs. So I got mine in Ral7013 last week, I like it a lot. Got it in XXL. XL might have worked well as well as accoring to the size table, XXL should have been snug but is on the verge of being too wide. Arms and neck work well and the torso, while expected it to be a bit more snug, is fitting well enough. I shouldn´t loose too much weight which is unlikely so I should be fine. ^^ I have a 118cm chest circumference, breathing in, for comparison. Usually I am getting two sizes, the one that should fit according to table and one size up. In this case, you probably should try one size down. One thing I would have preferred is the sleeves actually to be a little bit wider as rolling them up over the elbow joint is actually not comfortably possible with mine.
It's great with a low profile backpack. I se my TT Survival Pack with mine. The only thing I might need to adjust slightly is the sternum strap on the backpack slightly. The H harness suits backpacks better than an X harness. Hope that helps
Hi moorlander great video very interesting to see what new things condor has am big fan of condor but is hard to get a hold of there stuff here in the uk as its a us thing but good job covering it
I had the competition rig but sold it. I really like the TMR. If you bust some stitching it will take a triple mag insert. You can stretch out the rifle mag pouches a bit and they will take .308 AICS mag pouches. Also you can add another pouch over the pistol mag pouches pretty easily. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qSGaTUV3Gz8.html I carry a pair of 10x42 binos in the admin pocket.
I bought both. One for the k19, and one for the Kzero. I love em both as i run them differently. I run an Admin pouch and side pistol pouches on the Pincher placard. And i run pistol mags in front of the AG3 placard. Both work for my operational needs
when inserting a velcro pouch like you were doing there use a sheet of a4 paper to block the velcro until its lined up, then slide the paper out and squish down - lot more family friendly
Ha ha ha... Dude. I have a slip of cardboard in my bag. Mrs Moorlander thought I was doing arts and crafts until she saw why I was cutting up an old cereal box 😂 great minds think alike brother 🤜🤛
It's be a little bit longer and a little bit quieter :D In mine here the barrel goes into the silencer about two thirds in. If you had a longer silencer is would definitely make it more quiet.
