OMG you are amazing, thank you so much for this. I was getting really stressed about making my own veil, but you have made this look so simple and relaxed! so excited now!
"Measure yo' head" LOL I know this video is like 3 years old, but it's so helpful!! This is probably the easiest, and most helpful, video I've found in the internet on how to make these type of veils. Thank you! Off to Etsy I go! :)
I will be getting married on Friday and I will be making my own birdcage veil. This was a very helpful video, so thank you. You make it look so easy!!:)
This video was great! I made my own veil no problem and I'm honestly impressed with how mine turned out. Thanks for the amazing and easy to follow instructions
Hey, Great tutorial. I love your personality it makes the tutorial less intimidating; I felt like I was watching a friend. Okay so my question is, I want to put the veil on a headband, how would you recommend I attach it? If I use the tulle as a base, would I use hot glue? Fabric glue? Thanks so much in advance.
Thank you very much for your tutorial, I am in the process of making a birdcage veil for my daughters wedding, and your instructions we easy to follow, although I am attaching her veil on an alligator clip, as she wants veil and fascinator separate. Hope it works.
Christina, there was a part of your video where you had made a knot on the thread when you were ready to sew, do you actually make a knot on the thread before you start or do you not? I was a bit confused on your video there.
I made this veil right along with the video except for I didn't have a comb I have this giant white sparkly flower on a clip for hair and it went perfectly! Bridal stores wanted to charge me almost 300$ for something like this! Literally didn't cost me anything! Thank you so much! my wedding is in two weeks I'm so glad I came across this video!!!
