Hey guys welcome to Steer Pointe Farms my name is John Pointer and I’m a 4th generation farmer. Here at Steer Pointe Farms we run a Black Angus Cow Calf operation and grow hay, sweet corn, and many different vegetables in Alton, Virginia and Milton, North Carolina. I make these videos to provide knowledge to people about farming and what it’s all about. Thank you for your time and please don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe to my channel God Bless.
We had a field just like that with the trees and brush. We dozed it off. We got fed up with it and the brush kept growing outwards no matter how much we tried to keep it back with the moco
@@SteerPointeFarms 10 4 we live where it's flat I never even think about where I dump the bale y'all do bunch of hay I had new record last year 7500 one year
Nice. Are you going to make a video of how you are treating the fields. I figured Turkey or chicken manure, then just have to do soil tests see what it is missing
Didn"t say we didn't like them...... We do not keep them very long because we try and stay ahead in the resale value,,, And The Krone Dealer at the Sunbelt Ag Expo, did not want to return some of his equipment on display back to the Dealership, so He was offering unbelievable discounts..... Being as we Rebale .... Loading the Unroller table can be confusing if the Net-Wrap which is the only visiable indicator of direction of rotation....changes between balers.... Right side on rear Net machines Left on front Net Machines,.... Having 2 different balers would make keeping track of 2000 bales could be confusing and time consuming....
I buy group, background feeder stockers an just wanted you to know those are great looking feeders in great condition for sale! Good job keep up the great work an videos!
That baler didn't look that old!! While the Sunbelt Ag Expo.... we made a deal with Krone on 2 190 Vari_Core balers, So our 450M and 450R Deere balers are FOR SALE....Both have very low bale counts...
