Man I wish you guys would offer it with dual mu2101 pump mounts. I am torn on what I should go with since your flange isn't a standard 12 bolt fuel cell flange.

Nobody actually shows how to ground the fuel pump or sending unit, just the mounting…

I ordered a Boyd tank about a year ago for my 81 C10 stepside. I removed my dual tanks and replaced them with the Boyd tank. The fit behind the rear axle was perfect. I absolutely love the Boyd tank.

best wireing method is run both leads from sender to meter that way you elinate ohms in steel frame if replacing sender choose reed switch only moving part is magnetic float and it is rust proof

I have to say when I searched for tanks for my 62 C10, I wanted something larger than the 16 gallon "swap tanks" many install. When I saw the Boyd's Website, I was skeptical mine would look that nice when it arrived. But, Wow, it is spectacular to look at, even my wife said, "Is that your new tank, I've never seen one so beautiful!" I'll make an install video this weekend and post it on my Channel! :)

I’ve got a question as to how low does the tank sit below the frame rails, also could I request it to be slightly larger and add a sump to the tank for a turbo build for my 85 c10. Just shopping around and I thought why not go aluminum being I don’t have to worry about poly and e85 and I could possibly add a sump from the manufacturer rather than cutting a tank to add one then void any warranty.

I have a boyd welding tank in my 85 c10. I absolutely love it. Its the one of the best investments I've made for doing my truck. I mistakenly ordered the wrong sending unit and contacted boyd welding and they helped me out and everything has worked perfectly and gotten to me early and it's well worth the price easily
