"came out of nothing", i think you missed the cloud seeding/making airplanes then... Why isn't there a channel that keeps track of where these chemtrails are dispersed worldwide?? So we could track what they do, and where they go with the unnaturel weather.
Im not sure it came out of nowhere. The large low is acting as a system of low pressure in a fluid, as the atmopshere is a fluid. On the boundary of the low, the disruption caused by the approaching influence encouraged development. Given there is a river in the imagery, i wonder what the humidity was for the area. If a large mass of warm wet air was lingering in the region, perhaps the warm wet air simply rose higher into the atmosphere suddenly from disrupted conditions and the resulting convection translated into the explosive development with the necessary ingredients. Is the super-low extreme? No, i watch them happen regularly within the atmosphere as a fluid on a global scale. Just like hurricanes can "wobble," super-lows are working within the entirety of the atmosphere as a whole fluid. But yes, such large consolidated areas of influence can create remarkably sudden shifts in the regions around them, because its all a fluid anyways with fluid dynamics translating across itself.
