The fact is people dont even earn 50% of what is shown, but incase its a big investment then they may get such huge profits, and such huge profits needs at least investment of 25 lakhs...nowadays big bank and MNC's are not giving salary's exceeding 30-40k....
Human resource management is a stable field with high job security. Even in times of economic downturn, businesses still need HR professionals to help them manage their employees. So if you're looking for a career with job security, human resource management is a great choice!
HR offers several opportunities for career advancement. Even if you start in an entry-level role, you can gain work experience or pursue advanced credentials to qualify for more senior-level positions. These positions offer not only increased pay but also additional responsibilities and influence over a department.
In my opinion, you should go for BTech if you get your desired branches like CSE, IT, ECE, etc. in tier 1 colleges like IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS, Jadavpur,DTU, NSUT,etc. If you get admission offer for BSc from tier 1 colleges like IISc, IISER, NISER, etc. then go for BSc over BTech in tier 2 colleges. Otherwise choose tier 2 and tier 3 colleges for BTech over tier 2 and tier 3 colleges for BSc.
