When 49 Reasons were on tour (91, I think, maybe 92) I was staying at the Blightopad, and Mike Anderson called me over for some reason. Hootie had just gotten their first T-shirts (one fish 2 fish Red Fish Blowfish). Darius offered me the first shirt out of the box, and I said " no, I don't have any cash on me, save it for someone who will pay for it" He said I could have it for free, but I told him no, get some money from it. A half hour later, Mike came over laughing his ass off, saying "Otto is a savage! He made Darius cry!" I was just trying to tell him to get money from someone who was willing to pay for a Hootie shirt, but he apparently took it as "I won't even accept a free shirt of your band"
It's a popular meme, but "huckle" never meant casket handle, and "huckle bearer" never existed. Whereas "I'm your huckleberry" is the perfect response to Ringo's "Play for blood' challenge, since it means "I'm your man/I'm game/I'm the one you want/etc". And, unlike "huckle bearer", it actually existed and is well-documented in many old books.

If you practice kicking an immovable object, your hip muscles will "brace" for impact. Be sure to practice on something that gives, so you can let the hip push forward at the very end as you rotate the ball of your grounded toe.

thank you my good man..decided to ring in the new year rawdog..no effects on the guitar no flashing psychedelic lights just that pawn shop LESS Paul & a Vox amp..didnt practice it either..so all those "Genius" Hendrixesque libertys i was taking..well those were mistakes..but hey..i may be a ragged tramp but at least im honest (sometimes)
