This looks really good and very promising especially for the 1st devlog. The only thing I could really think of for feedback is having Multiplayer and having like raids/dungeons that you can do with other players. Keep it up!
Why more then that, the sprites alone took me 7-8 hours, it’s images for the characters 10 for the mob, 20 for the tails. And let’s not talk about the music and the networking 😂
one thing that i get tired of in games is having to go all the way to the end game to enjoy the game. Maybe you could add raids or dungeons into the early game that give special items that have interesting effects possibly like magentism (either for mobs, or items), or possibly a different kind of attack gained through an item like a ground slam

Back years ago I used to have a custom server, Basically build my own version of the game using WZ editing. However, I always wanted to do skill swaps/custom skills for the classes, For EXP : Give White Knights Teleport instead of shield mastery or Give Chief Bandits Critical Strike Instead of Chakra. Here's my Question, Ive been told in the past to do this I would need a " custom client " and thats it, However, I have no idea what that means or how to even make one after looking for ages, Do you have any idea how to do this? or leads for me at lease? Its not major but I would love do to this someday.

But I need the latest version PS while at the same time using defunct stuff like Gold Flower, Jett, etc. Not only that, Fluffy managed to make their PS not drop levels when failing a star enhancement.
@@yuvalkrispin But I need the guide on how to set up the LATEST VERSION of a MapleStory private server with the latest... everything (equips, uses, etcs, setups, cash items, maps, classes, BGMs, event exclusive items, etc.). That's only for v86.
Oh, OK so I did only this version because it’s the most popular and I wanted to reach out to as many people as possible, unfortunately I stopped making maple private server stuff, I’m afraid that Nexon Will knock down my door 😅 there are many written tutorials in discord groups I started developing a game from scratch that will resemble maple story just for that reason you can see it in my videos I uploaded it yesterday 😇
I’m hosting the server on a second PC in my house, inside of a VM. Got everything configured and got the ports forwarded and they test OPEN. The game opens locally inside the VM, but when I try to launch the game outside the VM (Host PC, or primary computer) I get “We are unable to connect to the login server due to server check” any help?
@@ButtonMashFTW no I'm hosting it right on my main computer with the intentions of playing on it on that computer as well, I followed all of the steps for both videos and am just stuck on this, should I be using a program this creator hasn't listed? Is there a way we can message back and forth?
