Love a good and simple routine. Less is sometimes really more. Using the shower head directly on your face also causes micro tears. I used to do that too but read about it and then stopped 🥲 And I would also be careful about using active ingredients like that one green toner every night cause that might also be too much for the skin. Exfoliating products are mainly recommended to use 2-3 times a week. But it seems to work perfectly fine for you just a little heads up for anyone else thinking about trying that toner ☺️
Hydrating products will only take you so far (which is not very far lol)… if you have acne, hyperpigmentation, rosacea or any other skin conditions, the only way to get glass skin is to treat whichever skin condition you have and hydrating products will not do that.
She exfoliates as well. This is very much in line with the Korean skincare philosophy. Instead of drying out the skin with a bunch of anti acne actives, pick and choose select actives such as salicylic acid and balance that out with a flood of hydration so your skin can not only handle the actives but also heal on its own in its natural healthy state.
You don't actually need a hyaluronic acid essence or serum because most products already have it including moisturizers. So you can also skip that step
Serums are potent products ,creams are not. Cream are mean to be an occlusive and serums are meant to target concerns. So if somebody has extreme dry skin a hyloronic acid serum would be perfect even if your moisturizer has hyloronic acid. Serum and a cream work differently. A cream isn’t going to give a potent hydration like the serum would.
Thank you so much for sharing that. I was looking for a simple, minimalistic routine for clear skin and you helped me out ALOT. Thanks girl keep it up❤❤✨✨
