The google maps for Angket : maps.app.goo.gl/btVtRhUg4SeF1hfG9 If you are referring to the last vlog with the big room of 114 sqm, that is a new unit with special rate and the room with rice field price has been reduced by 150k baht for purchase. For rent, I believe can be negotiable as far as the owners are concern... 😉

Love that temple Fran. Great to see you out there. When you are in the old city and not far from the fa gate you can find a very special place called Tamarind Village. I often stay there when in CM and love the place. Be sure to add that to your local spots. It is a Lana respite.

As you said and had a great point the price is super reasonable and gosh you can’t beat that in I wanna say Thailand perhaps ? 3.5mil for 114 Sqm is a joke and I wanna say stealing … good luck to the one who owns it and I also noticed the entire walls in every room were all tiled ? Which is amazing and I bet the owners spent well over 600k,700k to renovate it in guessing ? I also see there are still potential to make minor changes to make it even more attractive and prettier that what it is . I bet if you paint the building the price will be jacked up 30-50% right after that as still so cheap compare to 3.5mil in other areas for 35sqm . What’s the price of rent for this in case if someone wanna rent it ?? Thanks again for being so supportive ❤
I plan to flex between CM and Sweden when son is old enough, ~7 more years and then retire after that .. Have house out in a village outside CM. Going to CM this December for 4 wks.

Thanks Fran. It is good to see you continuing to build a channel. Here are a couple of masters who have been very successful for building their channels and of course covering a good deal of Thailand. The first, if you have not seen his work I highly recommend it as it is top level production value. Paddy Doyle. He started in Chiang Mai as a school teacher. The next is a wonderful couple of very high quality with a channel called "Flora and Note." Note is Thai and Flora is HK Chinese. Their work is beautiful. Then there is a great guy in the Rayong and Pataya Area with a channel called "Ride 4 Kickz" His work is highly useful and his creation of something he calls "The Thailand Survival Guide" is filled with wonderful information and tips about navigating a life in Thailand especially for farangs! Finally another guy who has expanded his Bangkok life by adding Property Management and rental in both Bangkok and in Chiang Mei. His name is Chris Parker and his channel is called "Retired Working for You". I think you will enjoy these channels and perhaps you have already heard about them but I thought IO would mention to you as they represent some very high quality and successful RU-vid content creators.
I am planning to retire in Thailand. I will be coming over for my first visit in december God willing. Your apartment is cute and lovely. Real value for money.
Hello Fran, you are an impressive lady. The Tech stuff is way over my head. My sister just taught me to cut and paste a couple of years ago. When she realized that I did not know how to do it. She laughed so hard I thought she was going to cry. Such is life.
