The audio is really poor - especially the voices from the public. Can anything be done to address these issues? If we are going to rely on technology it is important that the technology works properly.
As The Summit and Toll Brothers were on the agenda, I guess it is our fault for not noticing and being present to comment. I wil be sure to be present for the next meeting when you publish your 2021 schedule and agenda as you stated that "vesting" will be further explained. You stated there was about $100,000 bond held for erosion control. We are still dealing with that issue. And I certainly hope you are still holding bonds for roads and sidewalks that haven't been completed. There are a number of open issues that need to be addressed by the Town, and as the president of the HOA I would expect the Commission and the professional staff to assist the more than 175 Bethel families that live here in seeing this project completed as approved in a quality manner.
Regarding the proposed apartment complex between School Street and Greenwood Ave: what does the police officer mean when he says the town is 'allowing' them to supplement parking with on-street parking? Who in the town is allowing this?
*just for the official record,* *About 81% of people who are infected with the coronavirus have mild cases of COVID-19, according to a study published Feb. 18 by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention. About 13.8% report severe illness, meaning they have shortness of breath, or require supplemental oxygen, and about 4.7% are critical, meaning they face respiratory failure, multi-organ failure or septic shock. The data thus far suggests that only around 2.3% of people infected with COVID-19 die from the virus. People who are older or have underlying health conditions seem to be most at risk of having severe disease or complications.* *it is vitally important for people to be RATIONAL and ACCURATE in regard to the facts of this profoundly benign and non-lethal virus.* *the virus is relatively minute and non-lethal, and has such a high survival rate that humanity's response is objectively histrionic, generally delusional and at times grandiose messianic delusion (heroic efforts).* *human beings can become lethargic in the course of living out the mundane daily life. An event like this provides stimulation, arousal and excitement in which people are energized and revitalized, and it makes them feel alive. Additionally, a space of PRECIOUSNESS has been created by the manufactured threat of looming death which leads to sorrow (humans tend to develop romanticism with sorrow).* *the virus is providing obviously needed stimulation BUT it is NOT okay when it is unduly disrupting the normal course of life.* *humanity is obligated to be rational and responsible for sanity, clarity, honesty and truthfulness, accuracy, grounding, focus, balance, morality, morale, etc.* *alright? Alright.* *lastly, this virus is also providing necessary practice for the REAL crises which are going to happen (horses of the apocalypse, antichrist, trumpets, the Day of The Lord). The time to learn the Word of God and the script of life IS NOW.*
