The test is supposed to be done without using your hands on anything. In any case, this test is BS. Many people are very fit and are in great shape, but still can't do this particular test. I have various health issues, and I'm in my early 60s but still find this easy to do. People out there shouldn't believe this to be an accurate assessment of their health. All it's doing is scaring people and causing them actual health issues from stress and worry.
I think it would be important to simplify your explanations so that they are easier to understand. For example, you could use more simple language and provide more examples.

Slight labrum tear here. This was extremely useful information. Great video. My PT always says I can lift weights but I need to know the difference between pain and discomfort. Never work through pain, slight discomfort under control is ok.
I use microcurrent to reprogram the collagen matrix. Some call it scar tissue release. It is NOT a break up of tissue but much like combing tangles out of hair, all the fascia and the collagen begins to have the same elasticity and reaction as the surrounding tissue.
Really helpful thank you, I’m 14 days post total hip replacement and trying to walk without a crutch but have a horrible ’roll’ in my gait when I walk, with my crutch I’m dead straight, I will use it more again to teach my muscles what the correct posture is 👍. Great video 😊
