The one thing i absolutely love and admire about Elvis is that when he screws up he just laughs about it, he's not embarrassed, he's not annoyed. He just laughs continues 😂
Oh yeah, he hung with the black community. Great reaction! I like how you discussed in depth the issues with racism today. Check out In The Ghetto by Elvis.
In his later appearances on Ed Sullivan, he was filmed from the waist up because they considered his movements indecent. Check out his live tv performance from The Milton Berle Show…that was the performance that spurred a movement to get him banned from tv. He got so wild at some of his concerts that there was threat of jail if he continued his “lewd” behavior. The press dubbed him Elvis the pelvis. Search Trouble/Russwood Park/Elvis…it’s from the 2022 Elvis movie to see what his concerts were like. Nobody had done anything like this before.
My husband and siblings were old enough to experience the mania when Elvis came on the scene. They said he changed, not just the music world, but society as well. I was born in 1960 so missed the initial earthquake. 😂
Hey Keeseey, I love your presentation, big Elvis and you in the smaller font as apposed to most reviewers doing it vs versa. Good job! Great review, thank you for sharing.
Not on topic, but remember when you watched Washed My Hands in Muddy Water and said you could listen to a whole song with him doing that " muh, muh, muh" sound? Try to find the long version of Polk Salad Annie, dinner show in Vegas. You'll love it. Lots of scat noises.
Lmfao your reaction sent meee 😂😂😂 I love tinashe she's definitely underatted but the industry is hard and comes with a lot of b.s so she's independent because of that I feel it's more than what we know...she pushes herself beyond her limit and alot of artist don't show half of that talent. So she's definitely dope to me hands down
I love her outfit and she has an incredible intro to the video. I almost would have liked to have her sing more and then about 3/4 of the way through the song go to her dancing. I think I’ve watched the first 25 seconds of this 100 times and I love it every single time.
That’s Willie Nelson’s song but Elvis’s cover made it his own. They divorced but stayed very close, the pressure was off and they actually got along better. Elvis Presley could never be a one woman man and he had no business getting married. He really did love Priscilla. They divorced in 1973 and he died in 1977, he went down fast after their divorce. He met her when he was 24 while he was in the service in Germany in 1958.
