I am the owner of this house and the first to have a Grace Beach entry pool installed. This pool was installed in my backyard a few years ago, and we have had to drain and reseal multiple cracks in the corners of this pool every year. Thursday Pools and the contractor (Vive Exterior) currently do not know what is causing the issue.

Anything you suggest to keep in mind when caring for your fiberglass pool to ensure the finish doesn’t deteriorate over time like other fiberglass pools?
As a pool installer for 9 years we used to install tanning ledges without the Backfill Eliminator, but once we tried it we would never go back. We like the product so much we do not even offer the pool without it. The entire B.F.E. area uses strategically placed columns for support just like in the video and all horizontal parts of the pool are reinforced with a core material which makes everything feel very stable. Houses, bridges, parking garages all have voids underneath, but by implementing proper structural techniques they can all feel solid. Hope this helps.

This would have been a great ad for a pool if you showed less people and more pool. I literally know nothing more about this product then I did before.
