I lived in a house in that area. People should note, those houses were built right after WW2, 1946-1948...nice on the inside, but check the foundation, attic and insulation among other things. 😉

It’s a beautiful home BUT who thinks it’s a grate idea to put a sliding door in the living room with wood floors and not in the kitchen to the backyard ? How inconvenient when you having a BBQ with guests or just family , you need something in the kitchen and have to go into the living room to get to the kitchen. That is a no for me

I just think, even if you leave the door in the living room, and do another one in the kitchen, it would be amazing …and better yet for all people coming indoors from the swimming pool, and step in the ceramic instead of step in the hardwood floors. Well if that is a possibility whoever buy, can have that option. I know my friend had to redo her floors because of the water from the poll
Finely a house that has TV !! When I go to an open house that is staged, 95% they don’t put a tv in the living room never mind the bedrooms.. it’s so unrealistic.. this house is beautiful ! I wonder how many millions this house cost. Too bad they don’t say the price..
