The before and your actual video while you are talking is the same. Chubby cheek with no define jawline. You also need lose weight to see ample difference. I can tell that you neglected going to the gym nor lose weight,

5 set of 20 each days is not enough. You should try chewing the pop N go max level for 40 min each days, and you'll see quick results. Chew as long as you can without stoping, then rest for 10 to 15 sec, then repeat during 40min. Drink a lot of water and take multicollagen/protein supplements.

Hi, I’m amateur leather craftsman and I have some advice regarding turning them black. Spray paint, or any paint is prone to cracking or rubbing off without proper sealing. Instead, I recommend getting yourself an alcohol based leather dye( I recommend fiebing’s pro dye) and a wool dauber ( won’t cost you more than $15 in total) and dye them black. Clean the boots first and give the boots a good wipe down using some rubbing alcohol to remove the finishing coating, then apply the dye with dauber in a circular motion, make sure the color looks even all throughout the boots( black is extra easy so don’t worry) before letting it dry naturally( no heat or sun, should be dry in a couple hours) then you’re done! You can add some boots oil/ conditioner if you want afterwards but that’s all you need to change a boot’s color without damaging it, hope this helps!
