Mice eat it like it's dog food and never die, I put a big bag of it under my kitchen sink and still have mice . It's going to be a long cold winter with mice.

Hello! If you are inverting the plates on the bench and leaving them open and inverted, then it will be about 20 minutes. Do not invert until they are set. If using a hood, invert over the lids and don’t go beyond 10 minutes with air flow or they will dry too much. These are only guidelines. You will need to gauge the timing for each method by how long your preparation takes. Please let us know if you have any more questions!
THIS BRAND REALLY WORKS. MY MOTHER PUT IT OUT ONE DAY AND THE RATS WERE DYING THE NEXT. IAM TRYING IT AT MY HOME TODAY. OTHER BRANDS HAVE FAILED FOR ME SINCE THEY TOOK MY BRAND OFF THE MARKET. A farmer recommended it to my mother at Rural King Store

Thank you for reaching out. ANSR® and LAMP both use primers in the assays but the chemistry is slightly different in how they operate. While we are unable to share information regarding the number of primers and sequences, we would be happy to answer any other questions you may have. Please reach out to Matt Coles, our technical services microbiology supervisor for more assistance MColes@neogen.com
@@NeogenCorp Thanks for this! I'm just curious as to how it differs with LAMP. ANSR is based on creating nicks right? while LAMP creates loops for amplification.
@@prdneri The ANSR method differs from LAMP because it is based on a nicking enzyme amplification reaction. The target is amplified by polymerization from the ends of the nicks by a specific endonuclease
