The oil soothes and reduces the appearance of flakes. Moussse helps eliminate helps eliminate frizz on the hair I should try that too, 😇

Oil doesn’t moisturize. It seals moisture. Need water or a water based product before the oil. But let me go oil my scalp real quick. 😂

Oil *is* moisturizing, and if you get the right ones or use it in the right order, it can act as an occlusive and an emollient.
