I have 2 blueberry bushes at my house in US...I have to fight with the birds and wild turkeys with chicks who enjoy the berries as much as do...same as with my rasberry canes. How does owner keep birds away? How does he harvest? Blueberries and raspberries alike require a light touch but when everything is ripe, picking just for two bushes takes some time.
There are just so many blueberries that birds are not an issue. Same as the cherry plantations, birds love cherries but as there are so many, they can never eat them all. They pick the blueberries by hand.
Great value for the money, though two of the bedrooms are pokey and the lounge and kitchen are combined. But presented in excellent condition, and impeccably clean. I don't like artificial turf, it looks so out of place and clearly doesn't look real.
Is there only one bathroom? The bathroom downstairs appears to be an ensuite to the room they are using as a living room but looks like it should be a bedroom with ensuite. Is there a bathroom upstairs?
You clearly didn't pay attention to the video or read the description Melanie took the trouble to write. She shows you the house and tells you in the description how many bathrooms there are, yet you still need to ask. Perhaps pay attention!
Wow! What a stunning home! A perfect getaway home for an executive to escape the city or a celebrity to escape the adoring fans for a holiday break. ☺️
It's easy to see why this home is already reserved, I love it! It would be ideal for an active retired couple, it has enough space for gardening (maybe even a few chickens), and it's fully walled for pets and grandchildren to play safely outdoors. The house is lovely and offers such a variety of spaces - plenty of room for guests or a home office, put artist's studio in the outbuilding, open up the adega and make your own house wine for friends and family, it even has a bread oven for homemade bread and pizza! The new owners have found an ideal, move in ready property!
Very nice, the house has been redone to a very high standard, it will make a lovely home for a modern family accustomed to a more urban lifestyle. I do worry that using the traditional well as a grey water cesspit presents the likelihood of introducing whatever cleaning products are being used directly into the aquifer without any sort of filtration. I would rather have a simple system set up that filters the grey water and then allows it to irrigate the land - like the permaculture systems that the folks at Earthship Biotecture design for their off grid homes. This lovely home does seem to have been designed by and for urban folk who are not in tune with the land.
No idea really, but just a thought - there is a methold to sterilize water by setting clear bottles of it out in the sun, and although glass bottles would be better, plastic bottles are commonly used.
realy nice House and Property , not to big Gard4n so easy to manage, so would be a ideal retirement Home with space for Family and Friends and very private and not overlooked from all sides ,it will make someone very happy
0:30 Sobral do Campo isn't a council in its own right, but a parish that's part of the larger Castelo Branco council. Thick Australian accent on the video! Plus, the house is tiny at only 38m2, barely room to swing a cat!!

Nice property. Perhaps a map how farr from bigger citys and the airports. The land felt bigger then 2400 m2. When you show the other peach and storage in the end. Dos both houses have license as habitation. And how big is the urban part and the Rustic part

This is such a nice and welcoming home, thank you for the tour! I love the traditional furniture and especially love the vintage light fixtures - they add beautiful character to the house. The land is perfect too, with plenty of garden spaces and an ideal area for a pair of rescue donkeys and a small flock of heritage chickens... in my imagination I am already living there
