@@CodyScott Thanks for the answer. So far I have tested more than 5 memory cards. Among them, a Sandisk Extreme Pro 512 GB micro SD with adapter, the Kingston SDS2 Canvas Select Plus 128GB, and the Lexar 256GB. None worked :/ I await your return with new suggestions! thanks!
@@uptocanada2451 and you are a professional Doctor Who is changing lives! Keep up the great work. And when you’re ready to hire a professional videographer, just consider me
hi! thanks so much for your help... Ive done this and it was fixed however, once i finish editing temporarily and eject my hard drive it does the same thing afterwards. am i saving the project wrong?
This is because Final Cut Pro x is pulling your optimized media from the reference files on your hard drive. You are editing off your drive which is better than your computer. You are doing it correctly.
This is the best quality Ive seen out of all the komodo weddings out there. Incredible results mate! Mind sharing lenses and formats used? I see there is a no slow mo. Did you shoot everything in the best possible quality, no compression?:)
@@CodyScott Hi, dynamic range is very nice. But I got problem with blue color. Blue sky looks green/gray. Can you make profile with normal blue with same dynamic range ?
Is this aspect ratio different than RU-vid? Why am I seeing a black bar on top and bottom when uploading a regular landscape video uploaded to LinkedIn?
@@brainharrington hey there, the issue that you are encountering is that you have not fitted your video to the timeline resolution. You’re using a landscape video and a vertical video timeline . You have to zoom in or change your timeline resolution, and the problem will go away
@@CodyScott so weird I just clicked publish on desktop and chose a landscape video from my desktop, idk where I'm triggering LinkedIn to think it was vertical but then it resolved itself when I clicked post Anyway great video
@@vietuser7 Great question! And thank you it’s just a LUT I made to help me save time. I usually use a gimbal, however, this day I forgot my gimbal at home! 😂😂😂😂 So I did this handheld.
@@bydluck I respect your honesty man. I’ve done it too in the past. Come join my free group on FB. It’s called Videography Business Mastery. I’ve hit over $1 million in my business and I teach others how to do the same.
I would kill to see you grade this footage, Your video here is what originally sold me on the BMPCC 3 years ago. Ive gotten decent results out of it but I feel like you're doing some true magic. For someone who knows their way around Davinci grading now but just... isn't an artist, who do you like to learn from?
This is the kindest thing I’ve heard today thank you so much. I teach how I color grade in the private Facebook group called videography business mastery. I don’t learn from anybody , because I don’t actually watch RU-vid for filmmaking just for cooking videos. So everything I do just do it based on preference
This is awesome. And also the grading aspect is so personal to the feel of the image and the essence of the film. It would be cool to hear you talk a little more broadly about each node and how to build an image you like. Instead of let’s set the values to x or y. Rad presentation. Great work man
The video footage quality is so good, hit subscribe and like for that. It's weird that RU-vid did not show this video when I was looking for review for this lens. Question, is the flying part also shot with RF 24mm?
Thank you so much much! I have a lot of Sony videos on my channel so anything that is canon related RU-vid will not now show it to people. The flying shot is a drone .
That is a cool stove you built. Did you make a video of the construction assuming you built it yourself? Love the simplicity and I bet the materials were reasonable compared to a quality grill. Also, steaks looked awesome.
Thank you! BTW Your username is amazing and u unique. Great job. Yes I built it myself and will share more this year, in September. 😊 Total to build was $40
Great video, it’s exactly the sort of thing I’m looking for to inspire me to make my own videos this way as a wood worker. A breakdown in the process would be a super cool video 👍
This is awesome news! This was a super involved video. I would suggest building a studio setup in your woodshed to make it easier. So, put up lights everywhere that are bluetooth activated.
@@CodyScott2 takeaways stand out for me. The A.I. commentary about its some of the folks behind some of this artificial intelligence that make it scary, not the A.I. itself. And 2, I’m super new to running a business and I’m having a bad habit of trying to do everything myself and I can see myself getting burned out quickly. I have to surround myself with some like minded individuals and get some help asap!!!!! lol. I actually don’t mind the vertical….different, but it works.
Vertical format kinda threw me off when I was watching on iPad, once I realized this was something to listen to like a podcast on my phone it made sense. Love hearing the casual talk of video business and just ins and outs, funny hearing him say that people are scared of contrast lol, also, I’m from Fayetteville NC, and a new video production owner, would love to connect via meetups if you ever do one
@@CodyScott much appreciated! sorry to bother you one last time regarding the setting for Sharpness - it has three sub settings: Strength, Fineness and threshold, do you mean moving them all the way to the left? I can set Strength to 0, Fitness and threshold to 1 as minimum to the left here. thanks!
