Hi Lars, polenta is like maize meal, but Italian. It's made from cornmeal and can be cooked into a porridge-like consistency or made thicker and set to deep fry, like we have in the video. We 10/10 recommend!

How many people does it serve? How many potatoes are in this recipe. How many people does it serve. You said it had no mayonnaise but you add 6 TBSPs of Olive Oil? 😮
