It's never right to put your hands on someone but she also had a shitty attitude. She could have been a little more respectful. I know her type; talking down to service people, etc. You take a risk when you decide to talk shit to someone you don't know.
I think there's much more to this story than what we "see" here without the sound, which is crucial. I want to hear his side of the story. It looks like a cut a dried case, but .... First, she's lying about the big box not fitting through her door. It will. That box is only 2-max 3 ft wide. A standard door is 3 ft wide. For comparidon, a boxed standard refrigerator will fit through a front door and that box is definitely smaller than a standard-sized frig still in the box. My guess is that he, unfortunately, delivered the smaller box first. Then she insists he deliver the large box to the back, but he doesn't want to. Perhaps he's on a tight delivery schedule and behind already and his truck looks full. She refuses to sign for delivery unless he delivers the big box to the back. He says no, and she refuses to sign off on the form for delivery of the smaller box either and attempts to shut the door on him. He pushes it open attempting to retrieve the smaller box and she fights him as he tries to pull the box back out. If he returns at the end if his shift with no signature on the delivery form AND no merchandise, he's either accused of theft and/or forced to reimburse the store for the item and probably gets fired. Hence his aggressive behavior in trying to retrieve the small box. So I want to hear the other side of the story. And the fact that she's suing Home Depot for that (and the fact that she straight up lied about the box not fitting through the door) tells you a great deal about her character. So ... I might not be quite so quick to condem his actions despite what that appears to be on the video. Appears can be deceiving.
Releasing the lean does not absolve the company from putting a fraudulent lean on his house. A good counsel will sue for the amount of the lean plus costs and fees... and he will win.
What you don't know is she was probably running her mouth and said something that set him over the edge. You weirdos think delivery drivers are out here doing crap like this for no reason...
Not hard to believe that a neighbor decided to end things since the city failed them. Insurance companies have been canceling people for things like this hoarding, I wonder if they were even insured.
All of my packages are delivered at my front door..big or small. If I have large packages I just ask a friend or my kids to help me..stop asking people to do more than what they are paid and be rude when asking..He shouldn't have touched her, but dropped the packages off and let her deal with the rest...period
assault and theft, caught on video. Should be the quickest case ever. Can't believe his attorney hasn't tried to plea this down already. And if you're the DA, why would you?
That certainly does not look like a park. It looks like the small front lawn of a building. I'm certain they have chopped down her park for ugly buildings.
If there were no instructions to deliver the package to the back, he did his part. Now, if there were instructions to deliver to the back, then ok. Either way, BOTH were on an ego trip. IMO
it looked for a sec she had a smile on her face when he touches her, and then a full body press. If he hugged her, and told her he loved her, she probably would have driven his route for him that day
I ordered from Office Depot a few weeks ago and after delivery driver picked up item and drove to my house he saw a Jewish sign and refused to deliver and returned item to store. Office depot told me the delivery drivers work for themselves and can refuse any delivery.
