I am from Peru and I want to share the first time I encountered Bowers and Wilkins. I was looking for an SUV with an audio signature among the various brands and models offered by the stores. I had many on my list to choose from. The choice of my vehicle was guided solely by my ears, and that led me to buy a Volvo with Bowers and Wilkins speakers. From that moment, I matched with the brand, which led me into the world of high-fidelity audio. Recently, I found a dealer in Peru to obtain my B&W 802D4.
It's a wonderful story, I've wanted a pair of these since I first read about them in my youth. Still hoping to at least hear a pair! Bravo Bowers & Wilkins for birthing the legend, and keeping it alive!
this company has no desire to repair my bowers wilkins px8 headphones under warranty i send where i live i send a photo of the address my phone and they are all the same they don't call me back they send me the same questions again and again they can't help me very bad service i'm disappointed I'm still waiting for my headphones to be repaired under warranty

This is a little off-topic, but I recently traded in my Sony WH 1000xm5s. I had always been underwhelmed with the sound quality, and when I realized that the Air Pods Pro 2 sounded better, I knew I needed a new pair of headphones that would give me more for the money. After extensively researching, I settled on the B&W Px7s2e's. I'm now hearing things in my music I've never heard before. They are more comfortable for me because of the larger memory foam cushions on the XM5, and this is important for me since I wear glasses. Many reviews knock the ANC on the B&W's, but I think they are wrong. The ANC is on par with the Sony's. I actually like it better because it's not oppressive and does not negatively affect the sound quality. For some reason, people think ANC is supposed to block out all noise, but they are really for neutralizing constant ambient sound. These do that well. I love the buttons over touch controls; they are much more intuitive. The design, you can tell, is form follows function but is luxury. Congratulations to the B&W team, keep up the good work
The Formation Audio, as the name suggest, is part of the Formation ecosystem, so can only wirelessly stream to other Formation products, for example The Formation Wedge, Flex, Duo's or even the latest Zeppelin model.
