I like it when folk keep the heavy bag attcach to the floor. Moving heavy bag is only good when that bag is small and not .. too heavy, for moving around
Beautiful video! I'd suggest reducing the amount of times yours switching between your key shot and the side angle camera. Good transition times between the two cameras are usually during pauses in speech, or to add emphasis to a statement by using that tighter second angle. I noticed a lot of jarring transitions, great content material though.
I’m honestly not being a troll but what carry over does this have to boxing? Would the time put in to speed bag be better spent on fundamentals or does the speed bag have its place and benefits
It probably only helps with training your upper body so that you can keep your hands up longer during fights. Rhythm as well if you incorporate footwork/hopping with the speed bag.

Hi there, I'm just starting out and your videos have been very helpful-- thanks! Just a question-- I can't help but notice those loose thumbs on the glove; does that help you with the parry? How might you avoid getting that thumb caught? IE, is that just a light pinch the thumb is making on-contact with easy, loose, aligned strikes?

@@trevordollinger6569 aw man, that solves that problem! I keep trying to align my metacarpals in some hand-me-down gloves, but then the padding gets misaligned and there's wrist tension to compensate for the pull of the gloves. Appreciate the suggestion-- thank you!
