To be police are already swamped with enough crimes there so they wouldn’t get time to do this. Believe me, they would much rather be eating donuts and coffee from a cafe over this anyday.
The first time I played GTA 4 was on PS3, and I'm also not good playing games on PC using a keyboard and mouse. Lastly, of course because of the driving. I'm using PS4 controller btw.
This was my absolute favourite part of the game. Second was the hidden King Kong side mission that could be unlocked after completing the game 100%. I remember spending hours in the buzzard trying to take that giant gorilla down just for him to leap from the empire state building and take me down. Best game of my teenage years.
Yeah, this is even in vanilla GTA 4. Thats why I usually wait at a safe distance to at least see who is holding what. If someone looks unarmed, they probably got a grenade. This also applies to both Gang Wars and Drug Wars in the DLCs.
My guy how do you do that?! You just play with 15FPS like it’s normal?! Upgrade or just play GTA5 LSPDFR with a Liberty City mod, the performance is way better. You deserve better! Lol
Thanks for the comments! Yes, I think this is normal in my game. It's looks different when recorded because the FPS will decrease. And, if you know that my GTA4 runs at 15FPS, what about GTA5? maybe the FPS will be even lower. But that's okay! :D
Only GTA4 has the feature of being a police officer and eliminating criminals in story mode. The feature is also present in EFLC but is not working/removed. The mod one is called LCPDFR for GTA4 and LSPDFR for GTA5.
Thanks for the comments! Yes... I deliberately made this video content with several mods because I was only able to play GTA4 again because my PS3 broke in 2018 and GTA4 on PS3 is also very impossible to mod. My i3 PC still wants to make my dreams come true :D
@@S.AwanVideos I understand you I also have a low end PC. it's sad when the game can't get higher fps but when the desire to play is greater you end up ignoring the lag.
Jimmy dlc had one of the coolest cutscenes if not the best on the game shame it ties nothing to Joe and vito or they should have use this in main game it looks like a action movie and I like the jail scene with Jimmy when everybody break out!
There's an animation where we drag out people who are using public telephones, but the button does not appear to trigger it. So I just kill that lady 😅
yeah bro I know.. I tried using the LCPD FR mod but it doesn't work because I'm using the Complete Edition version of this GTA4.. But its still a good game..
