കുണ്ടും കുഴിയുള്ള റോഡിലൂടെ സഞ്ചരിക്കുമ്പോൾ വാഹനത്തിന്റെ എൻജിൻ ഭാഗങ്ങൾ റോഡിൽ പുരയും റേഡിയേറ്റർ വരെ റോഡിൽ ഇടിക്കും കമ്പനിക്ക് യാതൊരു ഉത്തരവാദിത്വവും ഇല്ല ഉത്തരവാദിത്വവും ഇല്ല
My boarding point was Palakkad Chandranagar and we were there on time. The bus number was NL 01 B 2547. bus name ( YATHARA ) But the bus workers did not allow me and my friend to board the bus even after I showed them the tickets. They showed interest to took the person who did not take the ticket on the bus. Despite having the ticket in hand, they didn't showed interest in taking me and my friend and the bus moved quickly, avoiding me and my friend. Immediately I called the vehicle from home and followed the bus and overtook the bus on the highway and stopped it. For half an hour my family argued with the bus staff then only they allowed me to board the bus . They tried to sell my seat for someone else. They told me that the seat was full. If my parents were not with me, they would not have taken me on the bus. Their attempt was to get rid of us and give our seat to someone else.I have been traveling on this route for many years. This is the first time I have had such a bad experience. I did not reported this to the police even though the SI of Palakkad Kasaba station was my family friend because I did not want to trouble other passengers on the bus. I had such a bad response from the bus staff that I would never ride this bus again or recommet this bus to anyone I know.
