You have to imagine that cop had probably terrorized many over the years. We have to understand they are human beings too. At the same time we have to understand power needs to be in check constantly to keep our rights 😊
Literally only the speeding is illegal here lol. If he has a dispensary card and he can prove that’s legal stuff, he can’t be charged, and flipping off a cop has long since been ruled as protected under the first amendment. The cop is still in the wrong even without the cuntish attitude lol

Believe it or not if you are a cop you don’t have the luxury to mess up because that can ruin peoples day at best and their lives at worst. Completely out of control and needs to handle his anger better
