I'm wondering how you stitched the pages together. I've been using a three hole signature binding. What you've used looks entirely different. Thanks. Loved the whole procedure.
I know this is an older video and you arent active. But I do wonder if you could make good use out of walnut shells. I remember them staining a lot from all the tanins
I added vinegar and high conc isopropyl alcohol too but the ink turned moldy..does alum and salt help with preservation better? Also my ink changes colour...how to stop that?
I’ve never had an alum ink go moldy and some of my inks have been on the shelf for years… the color changes in mine too, that’s the danger and beauty of working with natural materials. They decay
If you put in a zip or welt pocket opening, the other piece you put inside, is called a pocket bag, pocket bags are also added on to side seams for concealed pockets, so your brain as not so far wrong, was it? Give yourself a break, nobody's perfect, and nobody will die if you say the wrong thing, it's not rocket science after all. Have fun, all the best. After watching the rest, you could use some more technical knowledge about seam allowances and what they do for you. Try some quilting videos? I have only seen ties, sewn on at the middle, so you put one around each way, then tie the ends together. You do what works for you anyway, that is the best way for you, and Don't let anybody tell you different.
I don't make jam, i was just searching for videos about pectine cuz I heard it is health for my stomach...i dunno if it can be used as it is for drinking?
Is there a reason why you just use gum arabic? I am looking into making my own watercolors and saw some recipes with use of honey and/or glycerine to it.
Thank you for sharing what to do with ginger. I have a ginger plant at home and did not know until this video that we could use the leaves and stems! (Also, my eldest daughter shares the name Michaela. I think that's pretty nifty. 😊)
Chigiri-e existed before Mary ever created her flowers. I often wonder, with her ability to meet those who may have such knowledge of this artform that originated in Japan, if she was aware or influenced by it.
Hi! Mybkiuthwstering😂 I was trying to say my mouth is watering already.... I have kilos of wild fennel growing around. Nee er tried it 😢 cause for example those leaces just look like needles to me, i keeo thinking its gonna hurt me......does it lose that needle feel in gogurt for example? Wonderous result. I wouldn't have thought to do the 'cut out' at back. Makes a lovely peep-hole to the garden. I gulped a bit when you said 'Linen' because of the fabric price. Guess one could try a different gauzey fabric but wouln't look as crisp. But I did want to ask because u didn't show: 1. Did you use Spray Starch? and 2. Guess u starched the doileys too. Thanks a lot.
