it looks like a water blasting machine, although generally used only on concrete as it tends to rip up aggegate on asphalt (Which it seams to be doing slightly here). Different countries, different rules!

Kettle doesn't look like it could hold but maybe 4000lbs. Not getting more than a 2 and a half or 3 mile pull of edge line on that. Maybe if you had 2 kettles per collar or at least a 6000lb capacity one.
Rumble strips are fine if done correctly. Improperly placed, particularly on curves, where they need to be well off the lane, but usually aren't, create a chorus of noise pollution which my 'hood is currently enduring because MDOT and their contractors suck at their jobs!
@@AlecMS apparently you can't read or understand what you read. A truck that big could easily be fitted to remove more than a tiny strip at a time. It's a waste to have such a huge machine running a tiny implement. I didn't say what they were doing is a waste. The process is a waste
@@dv8nxs944 I understand, just saying that it DOSENT matter as long as it’s doing it’s job, but I agree with why they have to use a truck that large when I’ve seen a truck much smaller then that do a similar job!
