Recommendation for a great pre-GOT performance by Peter Dinklage is a little movie called The Station Agent. He plays the lead role and it's pretty good.
"You the lawyer my mother sent?" They say "you have one phone call, so use it wisely," and you go ahead and demand for a lawyer refusing to take no for an answer let alone let your mother any say in the matter leaving her no choice but to abandon you.
Ironic that Peter Dinklage, who played such dignified roles as "midget thrown off roof" in Oz, wants to prevent other dwarf actors like himself from playing characters that he feels are "insensitive"
Id just be surprised if he came to me with a bouquet and say "Oh, oh they're lovely, how nice thank you." And act natural and I'm reading his facial expressions it shows "what not to do or say on a first date." Especially meeting your favorite actor
As much as I love the American remake, I kinda fuck with the original more. Mostly because it has a much more subtle approach to dark comedy. It’s both serious yet also at the same time funny. It reminds of In Bruges a bit
2 things to recognize here. Peter knew Harvey was a POs way back then. And if the first had chosen Peter instead of Vince she would be set for life now.
wow at this point in time malcom in the middle was successful show in its 5th season but didn't make bryan cranston a household name. and Dinklage just had some success in the movie elf and tiptoes both in 2003. Both would have major successful shows that made them mega stars today. And Deal or no deal would start in 2005 for Howie and gave him career bum. Howie's words not mine. I love howie from the 80s and grew up on Bobby's world. and well then there's the 7th heaven Pedo.
The sound design at 3:33 is brilliant. Tito opening his eyes matched to a thudding sound, then a phone ringing. It really captures his annoyed reaction.
It’s official, it’s not Peter Dinklage! He confirmed this during a red carpet interview of the hunger games movie. It’s on the lionsgate youtube channel.
