I’m so glad to hear your issues with left side vs right side on shoulder press. I’ve actually noticed my left side is showing more pump and ability but my right side is dominant and doesn’t want to push. It’s so bizarre to me
This may be a dumb question, but what is the benefits of doing mobility work? I have the weightlifting and stretching, but I’ve seen a lot of people add mobility. Thanks!!
It begins to warm up the body/muscles before just jumping into movements. When I went to get my sports massage Friday, she commented how she couldn't believe how limber I was! Definitely from consistent mobility💪

I’m itching for another tattoo also! My daughter got some beautiful Lilly flowers on her shoulder and it turned out so good. It was fine line tattoo and I want to start my shoulder piece. ❤
I’m at 30’s for shoulder press and I can get 8. I want to try 35 so bad but I’m nervous lol next time my teenage daughter goes with me I’ll have her spot me and give it a try
I use the 2.5 pound dumbbell clip ons to help progress. May help you get there versus jumping 5 pounds! I have them linked in the description box always💪
I spot without bc it suckkks! They did the same to me on the patch oh your insurance will only approve x and it was a nightmare it would not stick!! Had to fight and fight to get the name brand that lasts and i can shower with it on 😂
I liked the paper too on the jiffy mix also frustrated with shake and bake product they no longer give you the bag to shake in, which is ridiculous because you’re still paying the same amount of money for the product ☹️
Nicole, my jaw dropped when you mentioned getting a tattoo because I’m literally sitting here looking up for tattoo inspirations for a dog memorial. My dog just died yesterday and I’m so brokenhearted that I want to get some sort of tribute for him. ❤
