Heyy, i am also targeting iim Trichy by CAT 24 . With 7/6/6 profile i have 6 month of full time internship experience with NC OBC . How much percentile required for IIM Trichy ?
Congratulations bro🎉 Can you tell me how to start preparation with which subject should i first. As I'm beginners for appearing in CAT 24 Is I'm late for 24 cat??
Bro, take things one at a time and don't overwhelm yourself with such a vast syllabus. Just focus on solving 4 LRDI sets everyday till the exam day and I assure you would score a great percentile. Also try getting a teacher if you don't have one, a teacher helps make things simple. All the best bhai!
Anyone please reply... Actually I completed my graduation in BTech in 2023 and I was already placed and it was a very good position but unfortunately I was not able to join due to the economic slowdown, my joining was postponed. And I was deliberately waiting to join but now that there is no more hope left so I decided to prepare for CAT 2024 by the time I will be attending the interview I'll be having a 2 years gap. My preparation is actually going decent but in order to save myself from 2 years of gap I thought of taking a PG diploma from IGNOU which is the one year course. Doing a PG diploma be considered as a gap year or considered as 1 year masters? Please rply
Hey, I have no idea about it but would like to say that you should try to maximize your percentile. I have seen people making it to ABC even with 2 years of gap. Just don't give up, all the best!
If you are planning to quit now for CAT 2024 and you join a B-school next year then this won't be considered a gap year actually. But leaving your job to prepare for CAT full time is something that is risky and I would recommend doing this only if you are absolutely sure of joining a B-school next year. All the best!
Hey bro i just want to start my cat preparation but i don't understand that where to start by pyqs or topics wise syllabus I watched some videos and confused my mind is just fucked up So can you guide me bruh
If you take coaching, they will guide you but if you are self preparing, note down the syllabus. Take one chapter at a time and finish it. Try doing 20-25 Quant questions & 4 LRDI sets daily. For VARC, read as much as you can. Reading is the key. Also keep solving RCs. Take mock series even if you are not going for coaching, it's very important. Hope it helps! Let me know if you need help with anything else.
Yes, I have work-ex of a year but it's not the most important criteria. Just focus on getting a really good percentile, you will for sure get a tier 1 college
Bro I have a question I’m currently in 1st year of my BCom from not so good university and I’ve got a Back in 3subjects in 1st semester itself will this affect me if I give cat exam and aim for Top B schools like IIM please help me out
Bro, try clearing the back as soon as you can and also try to maximize your GPA in college and then get a good percentile in CAT. You will have a good chance of making it to an IIM. Hope it helps!
@@circleofchaos0 I am currently in my second semester only and I’ll definitely clear my backs by 3rd and get a good GPA for sure thank you bro I had some more questions also if you don’t mind
Sir..now I'm doing degree course and I want to attend CAT 2025 ..and I'm also a commerce student. Can u please recommend the syllabus and topics to crack this exam..😔🙏
Bro, there is no need for a detailed review I guess. I will personally recommend it as I prepared from Rodha only and it's great. But again, it's my personal opinion. Hope the answer helps!
I don't have much idea honestly as I studied both Quants and DILR from Ravi Prakash Sir (Rodha) so I never explored the other teachers. But you can get suggestions from your fellow aspirants. Hopefully, you will get an amazing DILR teacher soon!
Bro i join EG in april batch the quant sir teaches like very fastly and bad so i cannot understand single concept and i also know there many people who don't understand any one concept who is in my batch Bro please suggested me any free RU-vid channel where i can cover my quant
Yeah, sure. I think Rodha's free resources on RU-vid will be really helpful! Moreover, I will try making a video on the free resources available on RU-vid and other platforms.
I would personally recommend IMS among the two but I would still suggest talking to students from both the institutes and then take your decision. You can join the coaching in your final year.
