Hello Kelly! Great job with this project. I just have to say that it does come off as quite tone deaf to those who have been adopted. This is a really sensitive subject and something I have been personally affected by in my life. I was put up for adoption by my own birth parents and did not find out until my 21st birthday. To say it was world shattering is an understatement. I was able to connect with some of my birth parents extended family but I have never even been given the chance to meet my mother. I dont mean this to be rude just saying be careful with this sort of thing! 🤣
Hey thanks for letting me know. My sister is adopted so I wanted to tell some of her story. This is sometimes the reality for those who are adopted. I wanted to cover all areas of emotion that a child and mother feel. This was also run by two professors and approved. If any of this felt insensitive, my apologies.
