My question for you: if I’ve got a max zeroing distance of 450, but a target at 700, what scope can I use that has enough zoom to see with, but enough FOV to be able to account for drop in mils? The 5-25 Schmidt-Bender doesn’t have enough holdover at max zoom, but I can’t see the target at 5x.
So many videos none of them state the main thing. YOU MUST BUY THE WEAPON UPGRADING BOOKS FROM THE MECHANIC, THEN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO REPAIR WEAPONS. such a shame
Great video although it does not explain how a guy on top of a lighthouse managed to land a hit on me from 1300m away on the first shot. I've tried a lot of long range sniping above 450m (longest zeroing point) and what I come up with is in offline raid you just test where your bullet lands for every single position and then aim there in online. Also you can add your shots to the list.
Garbage system tbh, don't get me wrong i love the realism, but when things are beyond tedious and bad it becomes awful, also i have a 61% durability part but the file or multitool doesn't work, if you need 10 million tools and 45 different kits to fix a Makarov trigger mechanism then the only reason the "fix youw own guns yourself" system exists in the game is literally just to make you not use it and instead pay NPCs to fix them, so not only is it a trash overly complicated, overly done and extremely tedious system it also doesn't work 80% of the time 😂😂😂
Hey man, I found this video really helpful and providing not very commonly known information. Very few times I've heard about zeroing in Tarkov or the difference the ammo makes. I really enjoy this in depth stuff. Sorry to see you stopped uploading content a year ago. Anyway, cheers!
the standart mosin with a western scope has been carrying me through man raids get some decent ammo and youll drop man chads if you just position yourself on the standart pathways players usually take and when a chad has been dropped and all that juicy loot is laying around it will usually atract even more "flies "
Please explain to me how a univseral weapon part repair kit works. I click "use" and it just shows me a handful of guns, but the repair kit tells me to remove parts before cleaning them. Shouldnt it be showing me weapon parts and not weapons?
Hi. I put scope on AKM, and tested it in hideout. And when I was aiming the weapon was swinging a lot. But then I notice that I can turn off and on swinging by pressing Alt, witch alone wasn't bind to anything in my confing. I went into raid, and tested there, and it worked very well. But then I died, I lost my AKM. So I got new AKM, I put some other scope, and Alt no loger worked :( Weapons swing all the time when aiming. Does anybody know is this a bug or feature, and how to make it work again ?
I can't agree. After 2 playthroughs in Gamma it got kinda simple and boring. Knowing how things work almost kills the challenge. 😐 However people say that even irl it's easier to repair guns than in gamma (you don't need any special tools to change the barrel etc.). So I would struggle to find a compromise myself, because i'd love even bigger challenge, but I like when things are realistic. 🤷🏽♂️
@@Huskynator you see in real lige you can go to your local gunsmith and get all the tools in a case or parts you need .in the zone you have to manually find them and the repair kits
I played a DISGUSTING # of hrs before finding out here I did NOT NEED THE CORRESPONDING GUN KIT TO SWAP OUT PARTS. I didn't even need a tool set in my inventory. Why in the 9 hells does the bench require one to swap parts but my backpack with with my bare grubby hands in a muddy ditch in Agroprom is sufficient?!?! Anyway, thank you for this guide!
But why do I have the % of the gun, like I have all the parts in good conditions but the gun is at 15% durability so it still jam, someone help please? Very anoying
Lol yep was just going through this list right now and realized that. You can get everything on his list up until the gun oil, at which point you only have 35 points left.
I much more prefer Gamma over anomaly. Is it ok to play gamma first or is there a problem with not knowing some thing I’m not sure what the order of the games are.
Anyone elses software glitch and start going crazy and looks like abiut crash but doesnt freeze just displays vids glitchy and everything? Still will let me click on stuff and change and all that but it jus dies lol
I just started playing the game, and it takes more than half an hour to find enough players to play. I don't have any social, is there any way I could join your squad/division through the game without discord? I assume that would help with the amount of required players. I hope you would not mind about my beginner skill.
How do we go about repairing or replacing gun barrels? Can we craft it or do you have a tip on where to find it? I found a 50. Bmg, cleaned it, repaired all internal components, bought a new scope and new barrep but cant fit it😂
