Kids. Don't rely on protein shakes to get bigger. It does not make you stronger, everything you do will be watered down. Everyone you know that relies on protein shakes are weak. Nothing natural about it. Go eat proper food right after your gym session instead of protein shakes. You will know what I mean
Hardwork doesn't include supplements. It includes eating properly without assistance running walking lifting & recovery. All those supplements and still chunky

@bprobo24 Only one of those changes was anything about punctuation. We all getting dumber lacks a complete thought due to missing are, meaning what you said isn't even a complete sentence. That is a lot more important than a very common, minor spelling error that is still easy enough to fill in with context clues that it typically requires the reader a second to even figure out. This is on top of all the other problems I mentioned earlier
