thank you. I'm 2 days into LLB and I intend to soak up all of your videos. I wish to request you drop the cases you mention in the details plus their time stamps.
i love your vids so much you have an incredible way of making people understand , you are a saviour for any law student a total ray of light , thank you x
Okay you made a mistake when your referred to the united kingdom having a unitary approach and then also saying it has a federal approach. I think you cleared it up briefly by saying the united states but it wasn't clearly defined. Luckily I read the book you suggested and also my class notes which brought the understanding of the minor error. Thank you for your top notch work.

I studied this in 1993 and really thought I was losing my mind doing the CPE%GDL. You make it so clear Once you understand it land law is a thing of beauty, intricate and really well thought out. I think a lot of students are too young to appreciate it because they just don't have the life experience required ie they've never bought propery so they've never thought about it really. They just pay rent to a landlord
Yes it is!! I've always reinforced that. I absolutely loved land law and got a first class mark when I studied it. Understanding the mechanics is absolute key.
You're welcome. I will try. You may go to our lawsessions facebook page as I will be starting Webinars in September 2022. You can sign up if you are interested
This is so helpful thank you. I'm a bit rusty A I haven't studied land law since 1993 (!) And I'm tutoring someone inside law. This is helping me feel more confident. She's going an LLB. The last student I tutored in land law was for the LPC in 2012. The LPC conveyancing module doesn't involve much case law so I'm finding your channel fantastic. Have you done videos in Tort as well?
You are welcome. I will be starting Webinars in September 2022, and persons can visit my lawsessions facebook page for more information and to sign up.
