As nice as it sounds in theory, the actual idea of CSR has got to be the biggest oxymoron I've ever heard in a good while. The concept of profit centered private businesses not acting like profit driven businesses to care about society is by itself counterintuitive. I ain't even a communist/socialist and I can see so much wrong with this while having the audacity to still call it "capitalism". There is a single panel satiric cartoon perfectly describing the entire issue with this with a boss telling at a corporate meeting: "Okay, we need a campaign to tell the public we put social responsibility ahead of profits so we can make more profits".
hi. i have a web site with a guide of corporate social responsibility and how to begin the transition, may I use this video link to illustrate the context of the web site?
