Welcome, friends! I'm Nicky from Lubbock, Texas. I started WW (Weight Watchers) in May 2021 and I'm excited to share the journey with you and hear how your journey is going. I do Meal Preps, Grocery Hauls, unboxings, and product reviews in hopes that they can be helpful to those of you on your own weight loss or WW journey!

Just from a viewer perspective the music and constant stirring put me off alittle. Was great while you were talking and not the speed stirring for long periods. Appreciate the receipes
Maybe I missed it, but in the dinners, I can’t see where are you tell us what you’re putting in and how much. They look wonderful, but hard to tell what you’re putting in them.
I have seen many of these types of video's and it always leaves me asking one question: Do you eat the same foods all week long? The amount of food that I see in these video's it a lot - I could never eat that much food and yet I gain weight....so is the real trick to all this weight loss is to just eat the same stuff over and over again?
I think everyone will be different in what works for them. For me, having pre-made and pre-portioned food ready to heat up keeps me on track and prevents me from grabbing fast food since I don't have the energy or desire to come home after a long day of work during the week and cook something for dinner.
hi quick tip when you do your chicken marinade in a big zip lock bag and throw chicken in there no bowl to wash no glad wrap needed and quick massage the bag walah.
I just recently found your channel and love your videos. I have tried a couple of recipes and they are delicious. This is my 2nd time on WW and you have given me more inspiration to stick with it with your meal preps. I have never done meal preps but am going to start.
I tried a few different ways. They all worked, but it was too thick any which way to pour the syrup on and not get soggy. I put it in the toaster, the microwave, and reheated on a skillet. The skillet was my favorite because it let me control how crispy the outside got.
@@WWNickyblog I like to make mini waffles and freeze them and put them in the toaster as needed. But making them one at a time is a little tedious. I was just curious if I did a bake if I could freeze and toast too. Seems like it needs more of a sealed edge??
Everything looks amazing! Erythritol is tricky to cook with in sauces. It likes to stay in it’s crystallized form. Many suggest to use the powdered form or run the granular one in a coffee grinder or blender. But I found that it still likes to crystallize in some things. I made cranberry sauce with the powdered version and it was great warm but as soon as it was refrigerated it crystallized. If I warmed it back up it would melt again. It’s great to bake with but sauces are hit or miss. Thanks for sharing your recipes :)
Can I ask why you don’t use powdered chicken stock or better than bullion rather than the cartons to cook chicken breasts- and do you discard the stock after?
Sure! I prefer the stock because it has a fresher and less salty flavor to me. Bouillon reminds me of those really salty flavor packets that come in Ramen Noodle packages and I just prefer the liquid broth. It's really just a preference for me. I don't knock it for others if that's what they prefer. 😊
I like to drink flavored sparkling water to curb my appetite. I will add lemons and limes. 😊 However, yes I drink Diet Pepsi sometimes to to help. Sometimes you just need it!! 😊
Just made your sausage potato kale soup- delicious- however have 1 request - we just started the WW 2022 program- there is no purple green etc - how do I know how many points to assign? Btw love your channel and recipes- trying the chicken burrito casserole next 😊
Here's the WW direct link to that recipe! cmx.weightwatchers.com/details/MEMBERRECIPE:6139849bb73f7020cf5ef2fb?shared=true I'm glad you liked it. I've made some variations these past couple of weeks that have been just as good. Let me know how that casserole goes!!
Congrats on the weight loss for the week! Do ever find you have leftover containers at the end of the week or does your husband eat what you make no matter what?
Aaron will literally eat any and everything! If it was just me, there would be lots of leftover. Lol which is why I make 3 different lunch/dinner meals! So there's a little more variety for me. I can't eat the same thing day in/day out.
I"m so happy to see this! I just signed up TODAY!!! I found your other recipes and am so happy to see you post a recent video! :-) You still look beautiful! I had lost 145 pounds and have gained nearly ALL of it back. !!!! You can imagine how thrilled I am. SO, I'm trying WW again. I tried it once before but didn't follow it. This time... I really want to do this the right way. Thank you for posting!!
Yes! Ugh, especially the older I get, WW seems to be the only thing that really truly works anymore. Here's to being at the beginning and going forward and no longer backtracking!!
I just resigned up myself having gained everything back over the last few years. Do you freeze all those meals? Or how do you store them and yumm could we possibly have the recipes? Just found your channel while I was looking for new ww content to inspire me
You can keep out a few that you'll eat in the next couple days and freeze the others until you're ready to eat them. Check the description below the video! I posted links to all the recipes there. And welcome back! It's been a good week so far back on WW, but I need to get used to eating less food again. I felt hungry much of the week just getting back into it.
@@WWNickyblog thank you ☺️☺️ I look forward to doing meal prep because if I don't I eat whatever is quick and easy. I'm both anxious and looking forward to getting back to it again, I remember when I first started last time I felt hungry for a while until I figured out what was filling, we can do it, I hope this week coming is great for you
So glad to see you back. Hey, we all have been there. I have been off and on ww so many times in the last 30 years. The newest program change shook me, especially covid. I am trying to keep back on track myself after gaining my weight that I lost. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL no matter what weight you are. You got this. So very happy to see you back. Always enjoyed your videos. You have great meal ideas.
It's so good to see you back. I looked for you a couple of times to see if you posted a video. I love your videos they are so helpful. Good luck on your new chapter., You can do this!
Hi Mel! Sorry for the late reply, but I'm back after a hiatus. I had stopped doing WW for several months and gained all my weight back. I've been back for 3 weeks now and I'm down 6 lbs already. (New videos are up, too!) What I think about the new WW plan is that they are all pretty much the same at the end of the day. Changing them every couple of years, to me, seems like a way to derail people off track unnecessarily but who knows, maybe more people find having to learn a new and different way to do the same thing revitalizing. What do you think about the new plan?
