did anytime you scrap the engine cover? another question is: Did you change the default tyre (to a bigger profile one) to increase a bit more Ground clearance?
Yes, I scraped engine cover 2-3 times. I changed from 185/55/16 to 195/55/16 after 600kms. Stock tyres are useless in my opinion as the vehicle is much more stable with wider cross section tyres.
My experience with this tyer is very bad, I have been using them for 6/7 months, the tyre bounces a lot on small bumps or speed breakers,This problem started when I changed the stock tyer to MRF tyer. I also checked the suspension of the car and mechanical said they’re functioning very good. I think i make a big mistake by installing MRF Perfinza tyer on my car
I see you are on 2nd gear during hairpin bend. Would you be confident to do it with passengers in the car? And do you face ground clearance problem in these hill roads?
bro I also have Honda City facelift but the steering gets too hot cuz I Have to park in the sun any steering cover material recommendations for avoid heating of the steering wheel
I'm using MRF PERFINZA 205/55 R16 from last two years in my baleno, according to my experience, 30-32 air pressure is best for these tyres, With this air pressure car feels well planted even above 160 kmph. I tried 35 psi and car started bouncing on smallest undulations of road. 30-32 psi absorb those adulations perfectly. My tyres maintain there air pressure very well, even after two-three months and 3000-4000 kms of Roadtrip, air pressure stays same. Also i have noticed that these tyres never get overheated and there air pressure never increase due to continuous driving in peak summers (+45°C). Have driven these tyres continuous 600+ kms many times in peak summers on very high speeds and they never increase there air pressure.
@@SrijitLahiri not at all, in fact pickup, handling, braking, and cornering has improved by a lot, abs never kicks in because these tyres never loose their grip. Since height of these tyres is 1cm more than stock tyres, tyres cover more distance in each rotation, as a result speed of car has increased. And also their is no change in mileage.
Bro I am currently using 2015 Amaze diesel. I am planning to purchase new sedan, my budget is 15 lakhs. Which should I go for Slavia/Virtus 1.0 L turbo or Honda City 1.5 NA ivtec ?
Is the engine noise coming into the cabin is normal as I test drive the Honda city the engine noise was coming inside the cabin very easily and they said it is normal and with every Honda car. Brother please tell me if this is normal as I can too hear it in your videos. Also in how much time you got comfortable with this noise. As the other cars in the segment offers super silent cabin. 😢
Bhai honda city type 3 k liye tyres lene hai .. pareshan ho gaya hu road noise and car ke stiff suspension ke vaje se. Aisa tyre batao jismai 0 road noise ho and comfortable bhi rahe
