Well... Your reason was kinda wrong but yeah you can get a ton of protein from a vegan diet.. Eating a variety of plant based foods is sufficient to meet your recommended daily intake of protein.. Tofu ,seitan, tempeh, beans (chickpeas, mung bean, kidney bean , Navy Beans, soy bean, cowpeas, black bean, and pinto beans), lentils(red lentils,Beluga lentils,Green lentils,Brown lentils,Chana daal) , green peas, seeds(pumpkin seeds ,chia seeds, hemp hearts, sesae seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, muskmelon seeds) and nuts(walnut, almonds, cashews , peanuts, pecans, macedemia nuts , hazelnut, brazil nut), butler's soy curls (these guys are free from hexane..), grains (and millets) and pseudograins (quinoa and amaranth for example)...

So why are we wasting time saving animals when humanity is starving to death worldwide? Should you altruistic types be focusing on that? KFC works because it provides cheap food sources to the masses of black & white Americans who live below the poverty line. KFC keeps them from going hungry at night. Veganism is a 1st world ideology started out of the affluence of choice. This ethical add on of saving animals is nonsense. How many animals are you saving? Who’s keeping count? It’s pure delusion justification to judge others & call good evil.
Meat isn’t the best source of nutrition for human survival but we can eat meat & in regions of the eat where vegetation is scare & people don’t have access to 1st world solutions & ideologies vegan isn’t a thing & shouldn’t be. Animals kill each other to survive are we going to stop them from doing what’s natural? Vegan as a lifestyle is fine but don’t act like you’re saving anything by doing so. Everything dies, there’s no saving crap.
So you thought KFC , a company that has employed millions upon millions over decades & fed families was evil because the main product is chicken? Yet you threw that all out the window because they now offer a vegan option you wanted to try. You holier than thou none meat eaters kill me cause you’re all hypocrites. I don’t eat meat but not because it may save a cow who is going to die regardless but because it’s healthy not to. I also don’t eat processed vegan junk but you do. How’d you like me to judge your choices or the vegan companies & restaurants that push their highly processed & unhealthy junk as a meat alternative?
People’s only agreement is that it says so on the bible but how do we even know for sure that God even wrote that book for all we know maybe a wise guy wrote it and not God. Now that I think about it more maybe the guy that wrote that book isn’t as wise as we think and Gods not even real. We can’t obey what a book says we have to ask ourselves is it right! I think since we are the only animals that have consciousness and able to think we have to realize that there are other ways to survive. I been vegan for 10 years now and been surviving off plants based foods. I noticed there’s no need to eat meat I should have noticed it from the beginning. The people arguing that eating meat is a must haven’t even tried the vegan diet or haven’t seen what they do to animals in slaughter houses or lack empathy / sympathy towards any creature that isn’t their family. People only care about the taste and not about where it came from. They have a selfish way of thinking that as long as it tastes good I don’t care where it care from. When I see a piece of meat all I think about is that was a part of an friendly animal that was forcefully created and was treated bad all his life and when they didn’t have a purpose for them they were killed for their meat. The cow can live for 20 years but they get killed at around 5 years. If he dies a 20 years from old age that means half of 20 is 10 when he’s a young cow and Half of 10 that means he’s like a kid. So when they kill the cow he’s still a kid that’s too sad! I don’t want to do any more research about how they treat cows because I’ll get even more depressed but I heard that when they are alive the keep them pregnant all the time how else would they get so much milk from them? It’s also fked up because the milk they produced was for their calf’s not for the humans. I hate humans that can’t be reasoned with even when proof is presented to them. I fear for the future of the animals what will happen to them 2000 years from now? 2000 years from now will people still be cruel to the cows, pigs, fish, monkeys and all other animals? Humans are being born faster than they are dying to fit everyone will they expand to the oceans and slowly take out the fish or worse will they keep all animals in animal farms or zoos with limited freedom. what will happen to the fish and other areas where animals live? My biggest fear is that animals will all go extinct. If there is a god he must be cruel god for making this world the way it is.
