Recipe- • Take one cup soya granules. soak them for 10 minutes in hot water. V In a bowl take 2 boiled potatoes and add soya granules to it. Add 1 tablespoons maida and all spices(turmeric, coriander powder, dry mango powder, roasted cumin powder) * Add salt as per taste. Mix everything well. For slurry- * Take 1 tablespoons corn flour and mix with water. For coating- Take cornflakes and crush it into smaller pieces. Now shape your cutlets and add cheese (I have added mozzarella cheese). shallow fry or deep fry and enjoy
