This is the best video. I just put in my notice. I work at Starbucks and it’s the worst job ever. I gave a months notice and my last day is the 28th and feels so far away. I have absolutely no plan. I don’t have a car (I’ll be living off my Van savings if need be) there are no buses, I have no tech experience, and I live in a small town in California. I’m going all in on trusting that the universe has my back and this video really helped sealed the deal for me. I know I’m making the right choice without a sliver of doubt! This is something I've noticed about myself. I have a lot of negative, self-sabotaging thought patterns. For example, everytime I set out on a goal i wanted to accomplish, like advancing a skill I have or taking a change in a healthy direction, I tend to fall into a thought pattern within a few days that I'm failing terribly, then I'm just be too afraid to follow through with that goal. Constantly self-sabotaging myself. Afraid to put myself out there in the world, even though I know and feel I'm meant to share myself with others. Also, wow, your panic attacks that you had sounds more severe than any I've been through. Seeing you make it through this, I believe I can as well.
Yes you absolutely can! The story we tell ourself is critical! I posted this video 4 years ago, and I can say, I am still thriving! I'll probably post a follow-up video, with more tips and recap the past 4 yrs post-attacks! So be sure to subscribe to get notified :D
I personally did not. I'm not a fan of strong medication, so that fuelled my will to heal. I think it also helped that I was very proactive about healing very early on. Everyone is different, and medication can be a temporary aid in someone else's healing journey. Only you know what is right for you ✨

I’m also Cuban. Living in the US. I will put it simple: for them, as you mentioned, it was all about appearance, you probably didn’t look money-source enough so that is the reason for everything. Trust me dear, it is all about that, no race, no gender, no language. And although I’m able to comprehend this phenomenon, I don’t agree with this at all. We, cuban people, only get to understand that being nice and friendly should be part of our daily communication, when we start living outside Cuba. Almost everything we know is a myth… a fixed story told by government, and we will act as told, just like a kid who only know what he sees or listen to at home. I’m really sorry this happened to you. Trust me, I understand 100%
