Hello, I have a question regarding VNC I am using VNC to view the HMI from my phone and everything works correctly, but when I disconnect from VNC and connect after a few hours, the HMI stays offline and takes 3 or 4 minutes to connect to VNC again. Do you know why? Is there no way to always keep the HMI online?
In the test email function, it works to receive emails, but when I set it to send historical data it does not send the information through the HMI. What can I do in this case ? It is necessary for the HMI to receive an IP via DHCP or this email feature works with a fixed IP ?

I have: Kinco PLC K606-24DT and Kinco AC servo FD422 controller. 1) How to hard reset this servo controller (to factory settings)? 2) How to program communication with the PLC controller via RS485? There are 3 GL070E. One of them will be the master and the other two will be slaves. Slaves only copy the master. In other words, whatever happens to the master, the same will happen to the slaves. The slave will only monitor. Can you make a video about this or help?
We also are trying to use the email feature for events but although the test mail is working, during an event, it doesn't send anything even in latest update is 4.3.0 v. can you help to rectify? GL070E used model
Yes, update lastest software,HMI attributes, e-mail setting is there. Here you can add contact list and also define Register address for email settings

hi! for me, in event display letters are smooth and nice, but in alarm display, they’re sort of pixelated and rough. readable, but clearly something’s wrong there. is it normal or am I missing something? I also noticed that if I remove background from the event display, letters become pixelated in there as well.
The DTOOLS software was updated to version 4.2.0 to use the email sending feature. Even following the step-by-step instructions shown in the video available on Kinco's You Tube account only works in the TEST function. When I use it for the screen shot it is not working. What would Kinco recommend to resolve this issue?
