The stupid thing is, the title of the video was not suitable to the contents. All she said was just how important the sagittal plane is and what we can find out through it, not "tips and tricks to examinining". At first, I thought this video was going to help viewers know how to get a standardized section, or which situations that make it hard to create a section that is sagittal and solutions for them.
Thank you for this video. I would really love to explain my unique situation that I am going through. Please tell me how we can speak about it I’m in need of some advice and have not found a doctor that has been able to point me in the right direction and this video has hit some key points that I can say has the potential of what is going on with me. Thank you

Thank You very much for this concise presentation. Getting ready for the vascular boards and this lecture is immensely helpful. I was stunned at the concluding findings of the AV fistulas.

HELP. I'm only 45 and have had issues diwn there since i can remember. Gotten worse from being in bed depressed since losing my job during covid, so it's been 2 years of only getting out of bed to shower and use the toilet. I now can't seem to doing any physical activity without sweating profusely and being breathless. My corpus cavernosums, whether it's plaque or what, the laft one at the tip is more prominently hard at the tip of each, when flaccid. I can feel the hard plaque, i assume it is, on both corpus cavernosum at the tip, on the underside of the penis just behind the glans/helmet, on both side of the urethra part, which i assume it's called where the urine comes out. Also my perenium area, always feels locked up which I think may be because I have really painful varicose veins, which are basically on both sides of my balls, not on them, but on the underside of my torso at the top of my inner thighs, under my torso. I seem to be tensing up without realising all day long. I try to relax but then realise I'm tensing up again without realising. It's been affecting me since I can remember, as far back as agedb16, so I've just lived with it, but it's gotten worse since I've been lying on my side all day, every day for the past couple of years. Any advice is desperately welcome and truly thankful.
I'm digging deeper and deeper and depressed beyond depressed, suicidal but can't seem to get the strength or bravery to follow it through yet, but each day brings me closer.
Totally unexpected, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest in Mario's Thunderous Erections, it's so much simpler and potent now!
